Pursuing her passion of the provision of housing for all Alison is currently a non-executive Director of Unison and a member of Regional Development Australia’s Barwon & South West Region Committee. Kristy is a vastly experienced operations professional with over 15 years’ experience in both the facilities management and property valuation sectors.
Kristy has managed large teams across Australia and abroad. Her background & experience saw her work closely with Alison at a previous organisation of which Alison was a founding shareholder. In addition to her facilities management experience, Kristy has managed call centre environments and led teams dealing with stakeholders across financial institutions and all real estate domains.
Kristy has a passion for helping families in need and has lived experience of supporting a loved one with a disability and the challenges this can bring. Borne of experience Kristy is committed to making a difference in this space. A proud mother of 4 young children, in her spare time, Kristy doubles as a sporting team manager and coach, home schooling parent (Covid related), bedtime storey teller and wife of a small business owner.
